Last Minute Panic: Judicial Review of High Courts
constitutional clat_ug intermediate exam_panicBro, I'm literally freaking out, 3 days left for the exam and I still can't get this one thing. Judicial review by high courts, I get the concept, but when it comes to specifics, I'm all confused. Is it Article 226 or 32, which one of them? I've been reading this line from the Lakshmi Kant case, 'the power of judicial review is not confined to the fundamental rights only', what's it implying? It's like, I know what the power of judicial review is, but it's the context that's killing me. Every time I try to make a flowchart on how high courts review state government actions, I end up more confused. Can anyone help me out here?

Sab log hain confuse, meri baat karna chahta hoon k Judicial Review mein High Courts ka scope kya hai? Judiciary ki power aur autonomy hai ke high court ko high court's order ke liye judicial review karna hai, lekin yeh high court ki discretion par nirdhaarit hai. Har case mein, merit ke bajay, high court ka order ki validta ki jaanch karenge, jaise ki procedure, facts, aur evidence ke liye.
