Last Minute Judicial Services Prep: CPC Dhamaka

cpc judiciary intermediate schedule_help

I'm doing my best to cover CPC in limited time for Judicial Services. I've got about 20 days to cover all the topics and revise. Current plan: I've made flashcards for important topics, like Limitation Act, Suit for Specific Performance, and Res Judicata, and trying to mug up key judgments like Mulla v Mulla and Brij Mohan Lal v Ratan Devi. I've also made a note on the various forms of CPC, but it's not sticking too well. I've also watched some video lectures online, but I feel they're not giving me the depth of understanding I need. My friend who's preparing for the Mains says I should focus on making a detailed outline of the entire Act and then start revising from there. Should I stick to my plan or try something new?

Bro, CPC ko lekar koi bhi question aa jaata hai toh 138, 141, 149 hain woh sab aapko yad karne hain. 137 ke alawa koi section nahi hai. Dhamaka questions koi bhi ho sake, aapko CPC ki basics clear honi chahiye. Abhi-Abhi ka syllabus dekh lo, yahaan kya hain, kyun hain aur keval us par focus rakho.

"Bro, CPC toh aapki preparation ke liye toh ek bomb hai! Main kya kar sakta hoon? Aapko CPC mein kuch special tips chahiye? Mehnge books padhne ki zaroorat nahi hai, aapko kuch shortcuts aur tips mil sakte hain. Main inka list banata hoon - 1) CPC mein kuch special cases, 2) Judgment writing mein aapka focus kyun hona chahiye, 3) IPC aur CrPC ka connection.
