Last-Minute Constitutional Law Panic Mode

Yaaar, I'm literally losing it. Exam is in 3 days and I still don't get how to differentiate between judicial review and judicial activism. Koi faisle hai, main to hila ke rehta hoon! I know it's a crucial concept, but somehow it's just not sinking in. I've studied Raghunath, I've gone through the notes, I've even watched videos on YouTube, but kya farak? Main still nahi samajh pata hoon. Judicial review is clear, bas court decide karta hai ki lega hai kya nahi, but what's the difference between judicial activism and judicial restraint, I mean, when does the court go overboard? Help, please!
