Last Day ka Hissa: BSA & Evidence Act mein Hamesha ka Problem

Abhi to mujhe lagta hai kya main gyaanwar hoon, par kuchh aisa hai jo mere dimaag mein khatam ho gaya tha - "A person is said to be of unsound mind, if at the time of committing a thing, he by reason of lunacy or insanity was incapable of knowing the nature of the act, or if he knew it, that he did not know he was doing what was either wrong or contrary to law." (Sec 84 IPC). Kya yah BSA 1953 ke Evidence Act ke andar aata hai ya Direct IPC? Aur yadi BSA mein mention hi nahi kiya hai, tab kya karen? Ye sab questions mere dimaag se kuchh hour se pehle hi chale gaye the par abhi tak main confused rehti hoon!
