Kya IPC ka Formula Hai Yaar?

English mein itne bade-bade words, but the concept is simple yaar. IPC ki sections, clauses, explanations, exceptions... laga na kya hai? Har article mein "except in the following circumstances" ya "subject to the proviso that" - ismein time-pass karte hain. Aapko toh lagta hai ki 3rd class se paper cut lag gaya hai, abhi toh 2nd year mein hain. 354 A IPC ka concept toh bas 'sexual harassment' hai, lekin 300 pages ki section hai. BNS mein 'actus reus' aur 'mens rea' ka debate to yaad hai, lekin sabse bada question yehi hai - kyon aapko yeh sab padna pad raha hai?
