Kya hota hai jab Shareholder ka apmaan ho jaata hai?

Let's say main ek company ka ek shareholder hoon. Company ka MD, maine kaha hai ki company ke profits mein se 20% shareholderon ko milna chahiye. Lekin MD ne mujhe inform ki, woh profits shareholderon ko milne ke bajay, woh apne friend ko mila raha hai. Maine inki complaint company ke Board of Directors se ki, lekin voh koi action nahi lenge. Kya hoga? Company Law 2013 ka Section 169 kahte hain ki MD ko company ke interest maintain karna hoga. Lekin yeh hai kya ki unka MD banne ka kaam theek-se theek hai? Maine ye question 3 baar padha aur abhi bhi samajh nahi aaya 😭.
