Kya Hoga Jeevan mein Jhoota Doctor

So imagine yeh scenario - ek small city mein ek doctor ka death ho jaata hai, lekin investigation se pata chalta hai ki usne apne patients ka blood test karna hua tha, but fake reports diya gaya tha. Uske baad, uske parivaar ne court mein case dia ki doctor ki death ke baad bhi yeh fake reports ko pehle se hi known tha, lekin police ne koi kadam nahin uthaya. Ab parivaar ne doctor ki death ko murder maana hai aur ab case court mein hai. UPSC mein CPC ke 176, 179 aur 302 ke under iska kya faisla ho sakta hai?
