Main nahin samjhata ki Rule of Necessity aisa hi kaam karta hai. Yeh to sirf extreme circumstances mein lagu kiya jaata hai jab koi aur vikalp nahin hota. Aur to yeh bhi kuch limit ke andar rakhta hai, woh bhi court ki discretion par. Isse to sab log rule of necessity ka upayog karke illegal cheezein kar ke dekhte hain, jisse aapne kahaan le jaoge?
