Kya Hai Mere Dil Mein Article 19(1)(a) aur Article 19(1)(b) Ka Fark?

Kuch logon ke kahne se lagta hai ki dono hi fundamental rights se related hain, lekin ismein kya fark hai exactly? Article 19(1)(a) mein public order ke liye restriction ka koi reference nahi hai, aur Article 19(1)(b) mein restrictions ki shart hui hai ki unhein 'reasonable' hone chahiye. Kya yeh dono mein hamesha difference hoti hai? ya kuch special cases hain? Kisi kaamchore CLAT PG / AILET PG student se please help karein.

Dosti, ye dono article 19(1)(a) aur 19(1)(b) Indian Constitution ke Fundamental Rights Section mein shaamil hai. Article 19(1)(a) free speech ka darja deti hai, jismein logon ko apne vicharon ko vivaadit karne ke liye swatantra honge.
Arre beta, article 19(1)(a) mein freedom of speech and expression ka dhyan hai. Yeh aapko apne vichar, thought ko vyakt karne ka adhikaar deta hai. Jabki article 19(1)(b) mein freedom of press ka dhyan hai. Ismein media ki swatantrta aur uski karya ko aazaadi dene ki baat kehte hain.
