Kya hai Marbury vs Madison aur Kesavananda Bharati ka Fark?

constitutional general advanced comparison

Hey bhaiyya, I'm lost between these two SC decisions. Marbury vs Madison says that if a law is unconstitutional, it gets struck down, while Kesavananda Bharati case changed our Constitution's amending clause, saying our Parliament can amend even part of a fundamental right. But isn't that a huge loophole? Someone explain the difference between these two, please. How do they impact our constitutional laws? Kya unka effect hua hai?

Additional info: Marbury vs Madison (1836) America ke Supreme Court case hai, jisme Parliament ke powers ke liye landmark decision aaya tha. Lekin Kesavananda Bharati (1973) Bharat ke Constitution Amendment Bill ko valid karke Supreme Court ne judiciary ke powers par bahut emphasis diya. Yeh dono cases Constitution ke powers sharir me dono ko kehne ke liye prasaarit kiye jate hain.
