Kya Hai Judicial Review vs Judicial Oversight?
admin judiciary beginner doubtYaar samajh nahi aaya! We were studying Administrative Law in class and I got really confused between Judicial Review and Judicial Oversight. Papa ne isse bahut detail mein explain kiya tha, lekin abhi bhi confuse hoon. Judicial Review to meri soch mein hai ki jo koi court order hai, usse review karne ka process. Lekin Judicial Oversight to mere paas lagta hai ki woh koi aur cheez hai, jahaan judge ko government ki karyavahein monitor karni hoti hain. Kya Judicial Review iska hokumat ki karyavahein review karna, aur Judicial Oversight koi aur hi cheez hai? Koi difference hai ya yeh dono hi ek hi baat hai?
