Kya hai Doctrine of Separation of Powers?

Imagine cricket match aur team selection ki baari hai. Coach (Executive) decide team, Captain (Legislature) decide rules, aur Umpire (Judiciary) ensure follow hai. Yeh ek example hai doctrine of separation of powers.

Executive ( Coach) decide team, but rules toh Parliament (Captain) decide, jaise ki bat ki size, ball ki speed. Judiciary (Umpire) ko ensure karna hai ki rules follow ho rahe hain, jaise ki over ho gaya hai ya nahin. Agar coach (Executive) rules banaane ki attempt karte hai, to umpire ko batna hai na ho gaya! Agar Captain (Legislature) rules ko change karna chahta hai, to umpire ka kaam hai decision ko verify karna. Yahi doctrine of separation of powers ka concept hai - power separate aur balance ho.

"Arre, yeh doctrine ek bahut hi mahaatvapoorna concept hai, lekin iska arth kuch aur hai. Yah nahi keh raha ki sab powers ko khatam kar de, balki iska matlab hai ki powers keh 3 branches: legislative, executive aur judicial, doosre ko na karein. Yeh unka kirdar aur adhikaar alag-alag hai, aur yeh unka kaam bhi alag-hot.

Maine khyaal kiya hai ki tumhara explanation bahut limited hai. Doctrine of Separation of Powers ke beech me, Supreme Court ne khaas kadam chune hain. Jab Modi sarkar ne Article 370 khatam karne ki koshish ki, to SC ne inko ruke. Isse pata chalta hai ki SC ka koi bhi faisla, sarkar prabhavit karta hai.
