Killer or Not? Abhijeet v/s Rishabh

Abhijeet says: Section 300 IPC talks about murder, and it says you'll be guilty if you cause death of any person by doing an act with the intention to cause death or with the knowledge that it is likely to cause death. Here, Rishabh pushed his pregnant wife, who fell and died due to a miscarriage. Clearly, Rishabh should be charged with murder. He intended to cause harm, not death, but the outcome was death nonetheless.

Rishabh disagrees: Abhijeet is wrong. The key question is – was the push done with the intention to cause bodily injury or harm, or was it done in the heat of the moment? My push was a reflex, not intentional. I didn't think it would lead to death. If I had known, I would've acted differently. My wife was pregnant, and I would've never done that.
