Lekin, 1983 mein POCSO Act aaya, jo bachchon aur mahilaon ki suraksha ke liye bahut hi zaroori hai. Ismein 2 years se 7 year ki jail ki saza hoti hai, ya even life imprisonment. So, har case ko alag-alag ke liye dekha jata hai.
