Khel Khatam, Lekin Hissa Zabardast Hai? Section 27, Ek Vicharadhi

Main ye sochta hoon, kya sirf main hi confused hoon ya koi aur bhi? Section 27 mein likha hai, "Any fact is relevant which shows the circumstances of the intention of any of the parties to the suit, or the state of mind of any of them, as it stood at the time of the cause of action, or at the time of the institution of the suit." Toh kya yeh arth hai ki koi bhi fact relevant hai? Lekin phir section 29 likhta hai, "No fact shall be deemed to be so conclusive by reason only of its being inconsistent with any proved fact." Toh isse lagta hai ki Section 27 kaafi vague hai aur koi bhi fact relevant ho sakta hai.
