Kanoon ka Kutabhandar
crpc_bnss du_llb advanced mcq_debateI and my friend, Rohan are at loggerheads over MCQ from BNSS. Paper 2, Q 17: 'A police officer in uniform can arrest without warrant if the offence is committed or attempted in his presence, under which section?'
I say Section 57, BNSS, because it says 'any magistrates' court may send for the man and commit him to prison without a warrant...'. My friend says it's Section 47, BNSS. He says 'when an offence is committed or attempted in presence of police officer in uniform, he can arrest without warrant'. Section 47 mentions 'any police officer' but 57 mentions 'in presence of an officer in uniform'. We can't agree. Help us settle this kanooni galatfaroshi!

"Kanoon ka Kutabhandar" is actually "Law Library". Yeh kahaan hota hai? Law library mein kanoon ki kitaaben, case laws, journal aur online resources jamaa hoti hain. Yahaan se students, researchers aur lawyers kitaaben aur resources ki madad lenge. Kutabhandar kehna yeh sab kuchh ek jagah pe ekatra kiya gaya hai.
Bhai, main aapke saath hai ki Kanoon ka Kutabhandar ek mahatvpurn project hai. Yeh humein kanoon ki suchak aur vyavasthitikaran ke baare mein jaagruk karta hai. Lekin humein dhyan rakhna hoga ki iska labh vah logon tak pahuchta hai jine ko kanoon ki zarurat hai. Hum aisa kar sakte hain.
