Maine kuch din pehle TPA ka aisa concept dekha jo mujhe to problem tha lekin phir maine ek video dekhi, jo ki sab sab problem ko solve karta tha. Video me professor ne bataya tha ki TPA ka sabse bada concept hai registration, registration ke baad property ka transfer hota hai. Maine socha tha ki registration kaha hota hai, to professor ne bataya ki registration kis tarah hota hai, woh bhi bahut hi simple aur clear tareeke se. Maine us concept ko padhne ke baad, maine uska question CUET PG Law me liya tha, uska answer bhi theek se likha tha. Aaj morning ke exam me bhi mujhe us concept ka ek question aaya tha, mujhe bhi uska answer pahuncha tha.

"Kabhi Kabhie Khuda Bhi Milta Hai" is indeed a famous line from a Bollywood song. But I think it's relevant to our discussion on Section 89 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872, which talks about the admissibility of expert opinion evidence. Just like how we sometimes feel like God has intervened, the law also sometimes takes a divine turn, and that's where expert opinion evidence comes in, providing clarity on complex issues.

"Main toh aapke vichaar se sahmat hoon! 'Kabhi Kabhie Khuda Bhi Milta Hai' ek bahut hi sahi baat hai. Har mushkil ke dauraan, agar hum khud se seekhte hain, toh har baar apni shakti ke andar khuda milta hai! Isse humein apne andar se bhi shakti aur uthna milta hai. Agree toh ki, khuda har din milta hai, humein ise seekhna hoga.
