Jurisprudence Woes

jurisprudence cuet_pg beginner resource_request

Bhai, I'm drowning in Jurisprudence notes for CUET PG Law and need your help. I've tried the usual suspect, 'Perspectives in jurisprudence' by D.D. Basu, but it's too dry. I also skimmed through 'Jurisprudence: Theory and Context' by J.D. Heydon, but the examples are too case-specific. Online videos by the likes of Prof. R. Venkatesan are okay but not enough. Has anyone tried the 'Jurisprudence' series by the Indian Law Institute (ILI)? Are the notes any good? Or do you guys have a better video or book recommendation? Please help a struggling student out.

Arre, Jurisprudence Woes pe toh sabhi kaam chadha hai! First, let's break it down: Jurisprudence is the foundation of law kaa study. Hans Kelsen, John Austin, Jeremy Bentham, aur Holme's kaa work pe focus karo. Unke theories kaa basic understanding karein, phir apply karo jurisprudence questions pe. Aur yeh nahi bhoolna, practice make perfect hai. So, practice questions khatam karo, aur last moment mein revise karo.

Dude, Jurisprudence Woes toh bahut hi common hai. Kuch concepts toh aur confusion hai, nahi? Lekin yeh zaroor yaad rakho - jurisprudence ka concept sirf aur sirf theory hai. Kya hai kanoon, yeh socha jaata hai, aur yeh socha jaata hai kaisa hota hai.
