Jurisprudence Law is Overemphasized in AIBE - It's a Barrier to Real Learning

jurisprudence bar_exam intermediate hot_take

I firmly believe that the emphasis on Jurisprudence law is misplaced in our Bar Exam and AIBE. Don't get me wrong, it's a fundamental concept, but the way it's taught is dry and formulaic. We spend more time memorizing Anand Balkrishna Bakshi vs. Rattan Singh (2004) and similar cases rather than actually understanding the underlying principles. This leads to a culture of rote learning, where students focus on passing the exam rather than developing a deeper understanding of the subject. It's time we shift the focus to more practical and contemporary topics that will actually prepare us for the real world.

Maine pyaar se padha hai jo aapne liye bataya hai. Lekin, mera vichaar yeh hai ki jurisprudence ka asar AIBE mein to sahi hai lekin woh hamare padhai ka sabse bada hissa nahin hai. Inka dhyan karna jaruri hai keh hum real learning kaise seekh sakte hain. Hamein ismein adhik focus karna chahiye aur jurisprudence ko aapne vichaar ke sath judna padega.
