Jurisprudence Help Needed, Bhai!
jurisprudence clat_pg advanced resource_requestI've been trying to catch up with Jurisprudence notes, but honestly, zyaada ka saman hai, not enough time hai. I've tried R.K. Bangia and S.N. Singhal, but their notes are a bit old and not very interesting. I've watched some video lectures on YouTube - Dr. Ramesh Singh and Dr. S.N. Singhal - but they're not very clear. Can someone please suggest some good books, maybe some newer edition notes or online resources? I'm also open to any video series that can help me understand this subject better. I've heard that Dr. N.S. Chandra has some good Jurisprudence notes, but I'm not sure if they're available online. Jab tum log mock tests dete ho, main apne shift mein hi study karta hoon. Kuch suggest karo, please!

Hey bro, I agree with you partially on positivism vs natural law. But I think we need to consider another aspect - realism. Kelsen's pure theory of law is a great example. He argues that law is a social fact, not a moral one. We can't ignore the role of power dynamics in shaping laws. We need to look at the intersection of all these approaches to get a more nuanced understanding of jurisprudence.
