Question 1: Holmes ki view of law vs Austin - maine Austin se 1 point liya, lekin mujhe lagta hai ki Holmes ki view theek se nahin samajhi gayi. Question 5: Kelsen ki pure theory of law main, maine 0/2 points liye - koi bhi samajh nahin aayi. Question 9: Natural law theory ke baare mein, thoda confused tha lekin 1/2 points liye.

Yar, I toh hua confused thi, kyun ki jurisprudence mein dono concepts - rationalism aur empiricism - shamil hai. Rationalism zordaar logic aur reasoning pe depend karti hai, jabki empiricism experience aur pratyaksha drishti pe rely karti hai. Yeh ek hi subject mein do alag-alag approaches hai, jisse vichar-lakshan karte hue hain.
