Ye toh badiya question thi, mere liye tension hai hi nahin. Section 48 Copyright Act, 1957 ki baat kar rahi thi. Pata hai aapka matlab yeh tha ki copyright violation ke case mein kya hota hai? Iske liye jo bhi evidence hai, uska verification karna hota hai. Lekin ab main sochti hoon, kya isme kisi bhi court ke pas adhikar hai ki wo judge kya decisions le?
