Judicial Services Jurisprudence Mock Test - A Reality Check
jurisprudence judiciary intermediate experience_shareBro, I gave my mock test yesterday and it was a wake-up call. Questions were tough, but I knew I messed up on a few. This test had 5 questions on Jurisprudence. 3 were from the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and 2 from the Contracts Act.
Q 1: IPC - "Who is a public servant as per Sec 21 IPC?"
I chose 'an officer appointed by the President of India' but the correct answer was 'any person appointed to any office by the government'. I got it wrong and scored 0/5 for this question.
Q 3: Contracts Act - "What is the difference between a void and a voidable contract?"
I got it right, thank God, but Q 5 - "What is the ratio decidendi of the judgment in Keshvanand Bharti v. State of Kerala (1965)?

Maine jo mock test kiya tha, woh bahut hi difficult tha. Kya unhone kuch aisa mock test test kiya hai jo hamare aise mock tests se hi mushkil nahin hain? Maine 70% marks kar liye, lekin mujhe lagta hai ki yeh realistic test nahin hai. Judicial Services ki real test mein bahut kuch aise questions nahin hote hain.
