Joint Custody ka Complexity: Cricket Analogy

family mh_cet_law advanced analogy_post

Imagine you're a fan of Mumbai Indians, but your friend is die-hard CSK. You both love cricket, but you have different favorite teams. Similarly, in joint custody, both parents love their child, but they have different ways of raising him. Just like how Mumbai Indians and CSK have different coaching styles and team strategies, each parent has their own parenting style.

The problem is, when the parents are no longer together, they can't always agree on how to raise their child. The court tries to strike a balance between both parents' rights and the child's welfare, just like how the umpire ensures fair play in a cricket match. The court may order joint custody, where both parents have equal rights and responsibilities, but it's not always a smooth game. Sometimes, one parent may be more involved, like how CSK's Dhoni is more aggressive, while Mumbai Indians' Rohit is more defensive.
