Muje lagta hai ki Section 309 IPC still relevant nahi hai. Iski wajah yehi hai ki yeh abhutpnot ki soochi ki wajah se anjaam karta hai. Ab 182 CrPC ki wajah se, jo attempt to suicide ko aapatan mein badalta hai. Isliye, is section ko update karna chahiye.
