Is Registration Necessity a Pre-requisite for Constructive Possession in TPA?

Maine aur meri dost ne debate kiya, kya Registration Necessity apni Property ke Liye Registration Karne se Pehle Constructive Possession ka Concept aata hai ya nahin? Maine kaha ki Registration Necessity ko aapko Property ke Liye Registration Karne se pehle pahunchna hoga, bas. Lekin mere dost ne kaha ki Registration Necessity ke concept ko TPA mein hi mention hai, to registration ke liye zaroorata nahi hai.
