Bhai, pardoning power nahi hai judiciary ka exclusive preserve. Section 72 of Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) and Article 72 of Constitution mention ke President can convict's sentence suspend ya reduce. Aur President of India's Power to grant pardon or reprieve is an additional power, don't forget Article 161 of Constitution for Governors. It's a shared power, not exclusive to judiciary.
