Is "Basic Structure" a part of Essential Features or Fundamental Rights?

Maine suna hai ki basic structure ka concept fundamental rights se alag hai. Par agar fundamental rights ko basic structure ke taur par define kiya jaata hai, toh kya yeh correct hai? Koi batayega ki basic structure essential features ka ek hissa hai ya woh fundamental rights ke liye specific features hain. Aur kya yeh dono hi alag-alag cheezein hain jo Constitution ko protect karte hain? Maine kaha hai ki ye do concepts alag-alag cheezein hain, par kuch logkehtey hain ki ve ek hi cheez hai.

Yaar, I think this is a grey area. In SC judgment (Kesavananda Bharati v. Kerala), Basic Structure doctrine is actually an essential feature of Indian Constitution, but not a fundamental right. It's more about the limits of Parliament's power to amend the Constitution. Agreed?
Bhai, maine padha hai ki Basic Structure aapne Essential Features ki shreni mein aata hai. Yeh SC ki marji se kuch basic characteristics hoti hain jo Constitution ki integrity banaye rakhte hain. Lekin agar aap Fundamental Rights se link karne chaahte hain, toh yeh thoda galat hoga, kyunki Fundamental Rights individual freedom ke baare mein hain aur Basic Structure Constitution ki integrity hoti hai.
