Is a Developer's Right to Construct Dominant?

property ailet beginner discussion

------------------------------------------------

Maine socha hai, aisa nahi hai kya? The Delhi High Court ka verdict hai ki ek property developer apne property right se baad mein bhi construction kar sakta hai, even when he's not the owner anymore. Yeh to lagta hai kahaani hai? Ek company ne property li thi, par construction pahle se hi poora thi. Iska matlab to aaya ki agar property ka ownership change ho jata hai, to developer ki construction right kaisa ho jayega? Agle baar, kya development rights transfer ho jayenge? Aur kya yeh baat nahi hai ki property rights transfer karne ke baad bhi construction right ka adhikar kuch aur hai?

Tum logon ka kya vichar hai? Is matter pe aapko kya kahna hai?

Yaaar, I gotta respectfully disagree with the notion that a developer's right to construct is always dominant. While development is essential for growth, we can't ignore the concerns of existing residents, environmental impact, and infrastructure strain. A balanced approach is needed, considering the rights of all parties involved. We shouldn't just prioritize developer's interests over others.
