criminal ap_lawcet advanced exam_panic

Maine ye question 3 baar padha aur abhi bhi samajh nahi aaya ๐Ÿ˜ญ. Exam in 3 days aur main kya kar raha hoon? IPC Chapter 20 mein "Offence Circumstances" ka ek chapter hai, jismein abhi tak mera head hang low rehta hai. Kya yeh jo Circumstances of the Offence hai, woh kya hain? Abhi tak main samajh nahi paya ki yeh kis tarah se related hain. Sir ji ne bina koi clear explanation ke hi padhaya kya tha. Ab main kya karoon? Ye sab question ka answer karne ke liye mere dimaag mein ek vajah hai kya?

Circumstances of the Offence, bhai, toh kya hai yeh? According to IPC 20, circumstances mean facts which have to be proved to ascertain the nature and quality of the act done by the accused. Agar accused has committed a common act, but circumstances are different, then IPC 20 helps to decide whether it's an aggravated or mitigating circumstance, kya pata. Need more details for better explanation.
