IPC aur BNS mein ACTUALLY kya fark hai?
contract mh_cet_law beginner late_night_postMain toh pehle se hi confuse tha, phir yad aaya ki IPS, IPC aur BNS ka difference toh hamesha topics mein aata hai. IPS (Indian Police Service) ka relation toh IPS officers ke sath hai, jo government ko direct serve karte hain. IPC (Indian Penal Code) toh hamesha ke liye relevant hota hai, yahaan main problem hai, kyonki yeh Indian Penal Code hi hai jo police ko apne case banane ke liye use karta hai. Lekin BNS, Bailable vs Non-Bailable Warrants. IPS ke officers BNS mein bhi use hote hain, phir yeh kaise hua ki IPS ke officers IPC ka use karte hai, lekin BNS mein bhi use karte hain?

Arre bro, yeh to basic knowledge hai! IPC (Indian Penal Code) meh hume crimes aur unke punishments ke bare meh detail jankari milegi. Lekin BNS (Bailable Non-Bailable Summon) voh process hai jiska IPC meh vishesh section ho gaya hai. BNS meh kuch cases honge jahain public karyakram ya social order ko bachaane ke liye police kuch action le sakta hai.
Wah re, yeh sawal sabke liye confusion hai, right? IPC aur BNS mein fark yeh hai ki IPC ka focus kanooni action par hota hai, jaise murder, theft, ya fraud. Lekin BNS ka focus hai parivaarik adhikaron par, jaise marriage, guardianship ya child custody. IPC mein criminal charges kiya jata hai, jabki BNS mein civil disputes ki solution kiya jata hai.
