IPC: Abettor in Criminal Law

Yeh question 2020 kaa ho saktaa hai, TS LAWCET mein: "A person abets the commission of a thing which is done with the consent of that person. Explain the legal position with respect to abetment." Thoda tricky lagtaa hai iskaa, kyunki yeh CPC mein nahi hai, IPC mein hai.

Sahi approach yeh hai: abetment ke liye IPC, Section 107 dikhanaa hoga. Aab, jo bhi Section 107 mein likhaa hai, usse yeh pataa chalaega ki abettor kee cheez kya hai.
