Kya soch hai aap sab logon ka? IPC 375 Section 3 ka to concept 1973 mein banaya tha, 21st century mein kya use hai? Abhi bhi rape mein accused ke against bhi kuchh sahi nahi hai, lekin to bas 90% right to accuse khatam ho jaata hai. Kya yeh section hamesha relevant hi rahega?
Yaar, I disagree with the notion that IPC 375 is a 20th century idea in 21st century India. The law aims to protect women's rights, which is as relevant today as it was back then. We can't just let it go because of 'modern' times. Its intention is to bring justice to survivors of sexual assault.
