IP Law ka sabse bada faisle: Registration wala ya non-registration wala?

Kuch cases mein, agar aapko protection chaahiye hai toh aapko direct court mein jaane ki jarurat padti hai, registration wala ya non-registration wala sab kuch court mein decide karega.

Bhai, registration ki zaroorat toh hain, lekin yeh sabse bada faisle nahi hai. Sabse bada faisle hai intellectual property ke apne liye protection ka planning, jismein rights ka proper research aur legal advise shamil hota hai. Registration sirf ek step hai. Yeh planning aur strategy banane mein lagne wala samay aur kaam bahut jyaada hota hai.
