ipr judiciary intermediate study_tipI'm too busy to waste time figuring out IP ke concepts, so I made a simple mnemonic for the types of IP: 'CRAM' - Copyrights, Rights, Artistic wala Work, Musical, Merchandise (Trademark). Jab tum log mock tests dete ho, it's all about quickly recalling these basics.
Meri dadi used to tell me, " Ekdum yad dilana, ekdum pehle yad rakhna". So, I created a simple story: 'Crazy Ravi Ate Mangoes'. Sabse pehle, rights ka concept. Rights of authors, inventors, creators etc. Then, copyrights. Artistic work and musical ka aadhar copyrights par hai. Last, merchandise ke liye trademark ka dhyan dena hota hai. Isse maine IP ke basics yad rakhe hain aur ab koi bhi problem nahi hai.

Arre yaar, abhi to IP ke tricks bhi kuch hai hi nahi! Sab kuch copy-paste karna hai. Lekin maine suna hai ki trademark violation ke case mein 3 lacs ke fine se juda hai. Yeh to ek bada penalty hai. To bas ye hai ki sab kuch IP ke rules follow karein. Agar copy paste karein to koi bhi trademark holder aapko notice dega.
Yaar, IP ke tricks to humare paas bhi hain. Lekin, aapko unhein apply karne ke liye kuchh practice aur strategy ki jarurat hai. Don't just mug up formulas, try to understand the logic behind them. Aur, case studies aur judgements padhne se aapko vikalp apni skills aur confidence badhne mein madad karenge.
