IP ka khaos: Distinguishing between Exhaustion of Rights and Obligation of Good Faith Purchaser

Main kya samajh nahin pa raha hoon ki kya difference hota hai exhaustioin of rights (Section 29 of Trade Marks Act) aur obligation of good faith purchaser (Section 34 of Trade Marks Act) ke beech?? Toh kya yeh dono hi wahi cheez nahin hain?? Mere coaching mein isse pehle se hi samjhaya gaya tha, par ab maine court ka judgment padha hai aur main confuse ho gaya hoon.

Udaaharan tak, Supreme Court ka judgment hai Shree Vani Institute vs. Anand India (2013) 4 SCC 190. Yeh case hai trade mark infringement ka aur Supreme Court ne section 34 ka use kya hai?
