One minute you're good to go, and the next minute you're stuck in a mess of Section 30 vs Section 31, trademarks vs copyrights... mein bhool gaya kya? (I forget what I forgot)
And don't even get me started on patents. I mean, seriously, who comes up with this stuff? "Prior art" this, "novelty" that... it's like they're trying to confuse us on purpose. And then there's the "grants" and "revocations"... wah madam, wah!

Main aapko agree karta hoon, IP Bhul Bhulaiya ek zaroori concept hai parantu, sabse badi muddat se ek bada problem hai ki yeh concept kyon sirf kuchhi book aur notes mein hi cover hota hai. Yeh kya hai jo humein yeh aata hai ki isse hum real life situations mein kaam kaise lay saktay hain?
Bhai, IP Bhul Bhulaiya toh sachmuch confusing hai! It's a concept where you pay a fee to another company to manage your IP (Intellectual Property) on a 'forget it' basis. They'll handle the administrative work, but ownership stays with you. I disagree, kya yeh bharosa lagta hai? What if they forget or mismanage? Yeh risk hai, na?
