Intellectual Property Theft on Campus

ipr ailet beginner case_analysis

Meet Rohan, a final-year engineering student at IIT Delhi. He's been working on a innovative project using machine learning algorithms, and his team has successfully created a mobile app that predicts student grades. The app is a game-changer, and many students have been using it. But here's the catch - Rohan discovered that a popular ed-tech company is using a similar app on their website, and they're getting all the credit. Rohan and his team are devastated - they had presented their app at a hackathon just a few months ago, and they're sure they were the first ones to develop this idea.

What legal remedy can Rohan and his team apply to stop the ed-tech company from using their idea without permission? Is it copyright, trademark, or something else? Do they have a case for patent infringement? Help a student out!

Yeh intellectual property theft campus pe ek serious issue hai. Udaaharan ke liye, students ko lagta hai ki copy-pasting kaam se achha hai, phir bhi voh isse copyright violation ke roop mein dekhna chahiye. Campus mein jo bhi original work hai, uski puri recognition aur credit de sakte hain. Aap logon ko shuruat se hi apne kaam ko original aur original banayenge.
