Intellectual Property Law: Test of the Mind

Okay, so CLAT PG exam was approaching, and I was like 'Ye section sapne mein aata hai ab'. But I mustered up the courage to attempt a mock test. Here's how I fared:

I got a 60% in Intellectual Property Law, which isn't bad, but I'd call it Average. My weak areas were patent law, trade secrets, and international IP law. I got many questions correct on trademark law, but that's a breeze for me. I guess it's because I've seen those types of questions in various mocks. Patent law, oh man, it's like trying to solve a jigsaw puzzle blindfolded! I got only 6 out of 15 questions correct, and I'm like 'Kya main jhooth bol raha hoon?'. I need to brush up on patent law, like, ASAP.
