Arre, this topic is quite interesting. I think y'all are misinterpreting the whole thing. The 3D-printed house issue is not necessarily about eminent domain gone wrong, but rather about land acquisition laws and compensation. Article 300A of the Constitution provides that "no person shall be compelled to surrender property except by authority of law". Here, the question is whether the land acquisition process followed was in line with the law.
