Harmonic Convergence of Fundamental Rights - A Confusion Alert!

constitutional general intermediate question

Kya yeh sahi hai? I'm studying Fundamental Rights for CLAT and stuck on Article 13(1). It says no law can take away or abridge any of the rights under Part III. Okay, got it. But then why is Article 301, a DPSP, allowed to restrict trade and commerce even though it's touching upon a fundamental right under Article 19(1)(g)? And what about the whole 'reasonable restriction' clause in Articles 19(6) and 31? It feels like the harmonious convergence of FRs is just causing a cacophony in my head. Can someone plz help me understand why these exceptions exist and how they coexist with the fundamental rights?
