From Intern to Student: A Reality Check on Evidence Act & BSA for CLAT UG

evidence clat_ug advanced mentor_advice

Listen up, juniors! I did my internship at a law firm and thought I knew my Evidence Act inside out. But trust me, those theoretical questions in textbooks are nothing compared to the real-world application. Same thing with BSA. You think you know it, but wait till you see it being applied in a court of law. So here's a reality check -

For Evidence Act, focus on real questions like what happens when there are multiple parties involved, or when an accomplice turns witness, etc. Don't just mug up the exceptions to the hearsay rule. And for BSA, don't get too caught up in the formula. Understand the concept of 'burden of proof' and how it plays out in different scenarios.

It's not just about memorizing formulas, juniors. Be practical and think on your feet.

Ye CLAT UG ke liye kafi imp hain. Evidence Act mein jo bhi topic hai, use samajhna essential hai. Aur BSA (Benefit of Suspense of Action) kahaam hai, iska knowledge bhi zaroori hai. Tips hain, Evidence Act ki sections ko cover karna, aur BSA wale questions ko carefully padhna. CLAT ke questions mein case laws ki reference hoti hain, toh uski pahchan bhi important hai.
