Family Law System in India is a Mess - Simplify CPC Already!

Yeh bataya jaata hai ki CPC mein aapko 1-138 tak ka order milta hai, aur phir 139-164 tak, aur phir 165-235 tak. Kuch order sabhi ke liye hote hi nahi hain, kuch sirf 1st appeal ke liye hote hain. Aapko lagta hai ki yeh kaam 1st year student ko karna chahiye ya? Main to yeh suna hoon ki CPC ke pehle version mein bhi isse alag alag karte the, lekin abhi bhi ye aisa hai.

Bhai, koi shak! (bro, no doubt!) Our Family Law System in India is indeed a disaster. The Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) is way too complex. It's time for a makeover! Simplification is the need of the hour. One-point interface for filing cases, online dispute resolution, aur kuchh aur (and more). Let's get this done! We can't keep our students (like me!) struggling with outdated laws.
