Paternity ke liye, maine pehli baar jo gaya hua prabhav ka samjha, woh hai - Section 112(1) IPC, jo kisi bhi person ko jo jhooth aatm-sansadhan batakar paternity test se pahle paternity ka claim karega, usey IPC ke under khatre mein daal deta hai. Aur adoption ke liye, maine seena lagaya woh section - Section 2(4) of the Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956, jo kaha hai ki ek Hindu apne bacche ko adopt kar sakta hai lekin phir uske liye kuch conditions hai.

I don't think simplifying family laws like paternity and adoption will work, sir. Indian judiciary is complex and many laws are overlapping. Adding more complexity might confuse the people. We need to reform existing laws, not simplify them. What about uniform civil codes? Why not merge laws of all religions in one code to avoid confusion? Paternity and adoption laws should be more specific, not vague like 'simplified'.
