Family Law MCQ ka Tussi Behtareen Hai!

Main aur mere dost ne MCQ ka peecha kiya hai, aur hum dono galat hai... ya fir koi ek galat hai? MCQ woh hai:

"A 13-year-old boy is living with his parents. He has never applied for a declaration of Majority under the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956. His parents have also never been divorced. If the boy wishes to sue his father for maintenance under Article 39(f) of the Constitution, can he claim maintenance from his father?"

Mera dost ka kaha hai ki haan, kyonki Constitution ka Article 39(f) poor kids ko maintainance dene ki guarantee deta hai. Lekin main kehna chahta hoon ki 13 saal ki umar mein declaration of majority karna zaroori hai, aur usne koi application nahi di hai.
