Family Law: 'Kutte Ki Daldal' Mnemonic
family judiciary advanced study_tipOkay, so y'all know how tricky Family Law is, especially for Judicial Services. One thing that worked for me was this crazy mnemonic 'Kutte Ki Daldal'. It stands for "K" for Karta (in Hindu Joint family), 'U' for Uniform Civil Code, 'T' for Telugu/Tamil/other community laws that are different, 'T' for Trusts, 'E' for Emotional support (since courts consider emotional well-being now), 'K' for Kids (custody battles), 'I' for In-Laws (because, you know, they're always there), 'D' for Divorce grounds, 'A' for Adultery (not as common now), 'L' for Lok Adalats (for out-of-court settlements), and 'D' for Dowry (don't you dare ignore it, yaar!).
