Family Law Ki Yaad Dilli

I used to get confused between custody and guardianship, but then I made a simple mnemonic - 'Crazy Guy, Give Me Tea, Custody'. Crazy Guy represents the father, Give Me Tea is Custody, and it rhymes. Don't ask why tea, I just thought of it and it stuck. Also, I'd keep repeating that the court has discretion to grant custody to either parent (Sec 13(1)(a) Hindu Marriage Act) and that's a big one from my exam notes. Has any of you guys found a more cool way to remember this stuff?
