Family Courts Should Focus on Mediation Over Litigation

Main logic hai ki Family Courts should focus on mediation over litigation, lekin kya yeh sach hai? People kehte hain ki mediation se cases quick aur cheap hote hain, aur people ko apne relationship bachane mein madad milti hai. Lekin maine kuch articles padhe hain jo kahate hain ki mediation ki process mein bhi bias ho sakta hai, aur sometimes court ko bhi mediate karna padta hai. Jab tak Family Courts ki infrastructure acchi nahi hai, aur judges ko proper training nahi diya gaya hai, to mediation ke liye koi vishwas nahi hai. Mediation ke liye court mein proper system lagana aur judges ko train karna zaroori hai.

Mediation over litigation in Family Courts ka concept sabse achha hai, especially when it comes to sensitive matters like divorce, custody, or property disputes. Litigation often leads to prolonged and costly cases, affecting the mental health of all parties involved. Mediation, on the other hand, encourages a more collaborative approach, allowing parties to come to a mutually agreeable solution. This approach can reduce stress, save time, and even promote better co-parenting after separation.
