Express and Implied Terms: The Contract Twist

Agar contract mein likha hai ki team ko 10 crores mile hain, toh yeh ek express term hai. Lekin, agar contract mein na hi likha hai, phir bhi team ko training facilities aur equipment milna chahiye, yeh implied term hai.

Implied terms, yeh to koi cheez nahi jo direct expression mein na ho, phir bhi wo implied mein hote hai.
