Exam ki chuppa aagayi... (Evidence Act & BSA ke liye kuchh khatam ho yaar!)

Yeh hai: "Section 90 of the Act exempts from the operation of the Act, where the contents of a document are relevant only as against a particular person." What the heck means 'relevant only' yaar? Kya yeh karta hai? Kuchh aisa lagta hai jaise yeh question mera khatam kar dega. Maine to BSA ki chapters padhi hain, Evidence Act ke bare mein socha tha ki aisa koi section nahi hai. But ab dekha toh yeh toh wahi hai. Meri aukhad, kya kru yaar?

Bhai, Exam ki pressure toh sabke paas hoti hai. Evidence Act & BSA ke liye thoda practice karo aur main points yaad rakho. Ek baar pehle ke exams ke material ko thoda refresh karo aur phir apne own notes par focus karo. Aur yaad rakho, section 6 of Indian Evidence Act, 'burden of proof' ki wajah se to aapko kuchh aur practice karna hogi!
